Course Bookings

All course bookings are secured by payment of a deposit or payment in full.

All bookings may be cancelled by the customer by a confirmed notification to illuminate.

Any payment may be held over on request to be reused for a subsequent course booking.

All cancellations will be subject to an administration fee that will include…

  • 10% of the individual or group course fee.
  • Any cost (or proportion of cost) incurred by illuminate that cannot be reasonably recovered and may include travel, accommodation, and course material costs.

The administration fee will not exceed to deposit amount.
