INDG407 (2014) – Storing and selling fireworks safely


This leaflet is aimed at anyone who sells fireworks. It outlines the risks and the main legal requirements that apply. It also includes a helpful list of dos and don'ts for dutyholders.
This revision updates references to legislation and links to further guidance. It also gives a clear explanation of what action to take and why.
